This app is for TECHNICIANS ONLY. If you're a homeowner trying to sign in, your in for a bad time. This is the best app out there that I've dealt with. Goodman, Lennox pros, whatever carrier is, none of it compare to this. Is this app perfect? No. does it let you run reports, drive tests, onsite and remote monitoring, alert lookup with details surrounding alert? YES. Old timers will never get it, it's too advanced. Next Gen of techs will understand.

Never really had an issue with it having used it for a little over a year now. It does sign you out periodically, so you'll have to sign back in to lookup customers remotely, but most essential features still work even not signed in. Useful to get manuals quickly and is necessary for working on Link equipment.

Worse app to use to set up the unit. Never connects and when it do you have .5 seconds to do what you need to do.

A waste of time what's wrong with a sticker on the outdoor unit door and codes 30s to find a code on the door over 10 minutes to install an app and learn how to use it........

I'm a technician of 16 years that primarily works on trane. Main way now they want you to commission a system on startup is through this app and the app does not even connect. I would not recommend trane hvac equipment and definitely not this app unless you just like headaches

Logging in unavailable for me. Very unclear how to set up an account. No options, just says we don't recognize your email.

These AC manufacturers need to stay away from BT. they never get it right. Can't connect, can't change CFM. What's wrong with how it's always been done? Why not some good ol dip switches?
