If you're having trouble logging in to remotely connect in app.... First log in to remotely connect on a web browser and accept license agreement. Then try app again. This is what worked for me.

I installed this app on my Samsung Galaxy S5, running the Android operating system 5.0 and was unable to link a site to it. After calling Trane product support, they advised that I should uninstall an Android Web Viewer application. After uninstalling that application I was able to link sites to this Trane Tracer BAS application and view the site as well as all the HVAC equipment running at the site. The application runs flawlessly after deleting the app that Trane product support recommended that I delete.

The app has worked well in the past. Tried to use it last night, and it will not allow remote access. It allows me to enter the email address, password and sends me the verification code. But then when you select remote access to the unit it says you need to enter the username. It never gives you the opportunity to do that. It works with the network connection but not the remote access. The Remote access is the reason I have the app. Frustrating when things used to work and now don't.

Not working on Android 5.xx I had been using this app for a long time, it is amazing and give the BAS technicians and engineers the best tools for remote support and system quick overview. Unfortunately the last version or update doesn't work on Android lollipop 5.xx, if you press to add a property the button highlight in green but notting happens. Please fix it since this is a powerful tool not only for technical staff also for the final customer.

V 2.15.1948 no longer allows me to login via Trane Connect. It matters not if I am on 5G, 4G or Wi-Fi. I have forced stop and cleared cache multiple times. Still no go. I prefer not to delete and reinstall as I will lose all my devices that are currently stored in the app
