Latest update: the app keeps disconnecting from the furnace Could be easier to find settings and navigate. More robust humidity control would be nice. When app updates are released history disappears.

I do not like my Trane system. Too noisy. It takes too long to get my desired temp. Did I say its loud when it first comes on? Can't sleep when it comes on.

One of my thermostats dropped offline. It is connected to the internet, but not the app. Was working for 8 months and then just dropped off. It shows now as OFF-LINE.

The app always says my system is offline. I will be replacing the Trane thermostat with a Nest because the Nest always worked well in my old house.

My thermostat now has NO preset schedule, temp is set to 74. Some days it resets to 77° on its own. Why? And why is the last response from Trane Home 5 years old?
