After 2 new AC units with optional heat pumps installed we were pleasantly surprised how quiet & evenly the temp stays throughout our home. Installer (Cunningham of Harlingen Tx) delivered on everything they said. Install went smoothly with no disruption to our schedules. Dominic & Pedro are very professional. Workmanship & personal communication was first & for most. Salesman Nathan was available to explain & answer all questions during the process from start to finish. Thanks!

The app seems to work well, but I wish the software on auto didn't have a 4 degree gap between cool and heat. It'd be better if the temps were closer together but had a time gap instead so the heat couldn't kick on for a set time after the air stopped so the house could normalize on all floors. Before it tries to do the opposite, because the control box isn't located in a place where it gets good air movement.

Very pleased with new Trane ac. 4 months old. Variable speed blower is so nice, ramps up and down as needed. Runs smoothly and quiet on low speeds. The smart thermostat and app really useful in monitoring system, run history, and adjusting settings when away. Overall very positive so far.

If I could give zero stars I would. App doesn't work at all after latest update. Update: Trane did maintenance in the app again, and it no longer works. I have to disconnect and reconnect every thermostat. This is a terrible design as I am currently traveling and can no longer access my thermostats until I return home. Still zero stars. 5.10.26. App no longer working again. Spent 4 hours trying to reconnect with no progress. Attempted all online suggestions. No help on Sundays. Still 0 stars.

The app always says my system is offline. I will be replacing the Trane thermostat with a Nest because the Nest always worked well in my old house.

We purchased the highest level residential unit with all upgrades, very good but every 6 months without warming it breaks down, and it is down for 4 to 6 days, because the required replacement parts are not available although these parts require replacement on 50% of the units (as I am being informed). In Florida summers, down AC equals hotel cost, specially as we have seniors and in our case sick family member. I am sure Trane will post a feel good AI generated nice response.

At night temperature will not hold at set temperature goes to 82 set at hold 78.
