I do not like my Trane system. Too noisy. It takes too long to get my desired temp. Did I say its loud when it first comes on? Can't sleep when it comes on.

Latest update: the app keeps disconnecting from the furnace Could be easier to find settings and navigate. More robust humidity control would be nice. When app updates are released history disappears.

If I could give zero stars I would. App doesn't work at all after latest update. Update: Trane did maintenance in the app again, and it no longer works. I have to disconnect and reconnect every thermostat. This is a terrible design as I am currently traveling and can no longer access my thermostats until I return home. Still zero stars. 5.10.26. App no longer working again. Spent 4 hours trying to reconnect with no progress. Attempted all online suggestions. No help on Sundays. Still 0 stars.

Trane, you can do much better. This app is ridiculous! It is very difficult to set up schedules. Changing the weighting of several temperature sensors is impossible. All the great features of the hardware are bound and gagged by this primitive app. Whoever is responsible for this app is clearly not up to the task. Find another source for your coding. Seriously. Look at the Sensi thermostat app. It works great. Trash this app and start over from scratch. Whipping will not move this dead horse.

The app always says my system is offline. I will be replacing the Trane thermostat with a Nest because the Nest always worked well in my old house.
