Won't let me even input the phone numbers Trying to insert my leads/prospects, and I keep getting an error stating I must you numeric characters only...duh! I am! Smh. Called support and after being on hold a few minutes, the call just automatically went to voicemail with no warning, just a beep then the system asking was I okay with the voicemail or did I want to rerecord the msg. ??????? Yeah, going to shop around some more.

I have been unable to upload contacts and the response from customer service is slow. I'll have to cancel my trial, so I don't get charged for nothing.

I am writing this review on a brand-new computer that I borrowed just to see if the CSV files not uploading were due to malware on my pc or laptop. That tells you two things: 1.) When CallontheGo is working, it is a wonderful app. I wouldn't be spending my weekend borrowing and laboring on computers if it was not, and.... 2.) The problem can't be with malware on my end as the uploading issue is uniform to my pc, laptop, and a loaner my tech guy gave me. Two days over the last three weeks, my laptop did upload some files. My desktop never did. My laptop is much older than my desktop, too; another likely indicator that the problem is not on my end. I will upgrade my review when CallontheGo's uploader is running smoothly. It was great that the developers spent so much time on this and released a free version. They still have a ways to go. My advice to subscribers is that if you get this to work, don't waste the opportunity. Get as many files uploaded as you can as it might not work tomorrow. When it does work, it is very simple and intuitive to use.
