There are so many bugs and a lot of scope of improvement... It is right track, but it will take a lot of time to become a descent application to be used by a business. I have a paid a lot of money for many users but not able to utilize it completely.

I purchased their services few months back, paid full for 1 year of services. Initially for a month, they were very sweet, later no one cares for anything. Very poor services by this company at all. Many times you just send reminders for support, no answer at all. The CEO kewal Krishan is sweet talker guy and promises many things, but actually not delivered at all. Better stay away from this company.

App is just 7 days trial. Very heavy amount per user charged compared to facilities. Nothing is free service part in app. No questions/ queries answered. Don't spend money for Masterclass session. It is just advertising the app, we don't get anything worth 600/ paid.

Software concepts are okay but the layout of pages is not upto mark and with a lot of errors. After paying for multiple users when the issue is not being sorted out then it is of no use. Feedback related with report out our format is not being taken into account and no report format is properly exported. If this continues then tough to renew.
