AutoServ: Towing & Mechanics

Broken down, out of fuel, or stuck after an accident? AutoServ connects you with tow truck drivers and mobile mechanics nearby, and shows you the price and the driver before anyone sets off.

TOWING, NOW OR LATER
• Set the pick-up and the drop-off, or use your current location
• See an estimated fare for the trip before you send the request
• Choose the right truck for your vehicle, from a city car to a heavy one
• Schedule a tow for later when it is not urgent

A MECHANIC WHO COMES TO YOU
• Tell us what is wrong: flat battery, flat tyre, locked out, out of fuel, overheating, brakes, warning light and more
• A nearby mobile mechanic accepts and comes to the car
• The call-out fee is shown up front; parts and labour are agreed with the mechanic on the spot

ACCIDENT MODE
• Safety first: one tap to call Civil Protection (14) if anyone is hurt
• Then a guided request gets a tow truck on its way to the scene

FOLLOW EVERY STEP
• Live tracking of your driver or mechanic on the map
• Their name, vehicle and distance, and every step of the job
• A handover code so the vehicle only leaves with the right driver
• Messages, photos and quick replies with your driver

YOUR GARAGE
• Save your vehicles and the places you use most
• Your history, receipts and ratings in one place
• Fuel, EV charging and car wash nearby

FOR TOW DRIVERS AND MOBILE MECHANICS
• Go online and receive requests near you
• See the fare, the pick-up and the drop-off before you accept
• Navigation to the pick-up and a clear step-by-step for each job
• Earnings and commission clearly counted, month by month
• Your ratings and what clients say about your work
