Completed my first job Saturday. Extremely easy at first I was a little intimidated because I was so used to having a middleman but after handling practically all the process myself I realize it's better to be more in control of the job than not. I believe you may just be a keeper you may end up making me delete the 4 middleman apps I've been using for years LOL thanks

The app was working until my phone got updated to android 14 OS. I tried emailing and calling Mach1, but so far, nobody responded

Please remove the BIG countdown timer. Insert an Address or location of disable vehicle. A picture of the disable vehicle location is NOT helpful and will continue to leave customers stranded. You have NO clue where you're going until after you accept it and call the customer to see if it's even worth taking. Providers pay this app 33% of their earnings, we deserve better.

This place is a joke. Trying to be the Lyft and Uber of roadside but Lyft and Uber have a horrible business model never making profit and using people taking advantage of loopholes in labor laws. I'll never be a part of a business that thinks that's a great business model. And I sure won't pay for expensive insurance and help build a company that's going to screw providers in the end. Having a proprietary app is a bad idea as well prevents providers from consolidating calls. Other failed with it
