This is a total scam. I used my US major credit card, and coupon code. Continue to receive an error message. Contacted my credit card company. They show a pending $1 on the credit card. Reach out to Avail customer support, they all give you the same script to use a different major credit card. No assistance. None of their agents are knowledgeable of anything matters nor situations regarding their processing system.

I would NEVER recommend this car share service to anyone. It seemed okay at first, after I already had spent over a thousand dollars renting cars, they want to add bogus charges and automatically charge my card on file without even notifying me what the charges are for. They don't document your acct when you speak with them so the next person you talk to has no clue about anything going on. Won't let me talk to management. Horrible customer service they treat their renters unfairly.
