Bought avantree oasis plus and aria me s, for elderly mother. Headphones work with phone and YouTube. Avantree audio app keeps shutting down when trying to adjust frequency level. Installed app to troubleshoot no sound coming from oasis plus and aria me s when paired. Need to return both as they seem not to work. No green led when headphone is on either.
