It's a convenient app, love the concept, however quite a few things could be improved. For starters there is no way to change your name. This could be troublesome and irritating if a typo had been made while first writing the name or if the number has a previous account linked to it. Secondly the contacting services have viber enlisted as one of the means but here is no viber profile for the number. And lastly the grocery shopping category is insanely hard to navigate.

App's been improved a lot. However, with the new update, we have to use the arrow to go back and phones back botton doesn't work on the app. Also, some restaurants don't have pictures of the food or description (IDK if it's the apps fault or the restaurant). Would really appreciate it if there is a feature to add certain restaurants and foods to favorites. Overall, im pretty happy with the experience. Also, it is a very good option for introverts who don't like to order through call.

They solved location problem & now the orders are easily made & arrives very quickly with notification to device. Hopefully they will bring BML gateway to the app. Coz sending money & uploading slip is little bit a hassle

Disappointed to give a star, anyway the total for my order showed in app was 75rf, and when the guy came for delivery, on the bill it was written 54rf, mind you I already paid in the app using online banking. Cheers never using this app again. Ps. The food got delivered after 2 hours.

Horrible service! Waited 2 hrs for the food, called the restaurant they said the food has been ready for more than an hour and rider haven't picked it up.

Brings new meaning to AVAS, 3 freaking hours to deliver....service sucks!....drivers pick up so many orders at the same time and struggles to deliver
