Since the last update, I can't even get into the logbook. Please make it happen. We already pay you guys quite a bit for the main system. I need this app to work. -UPDATE.not only did you guys not fix the last problem. But now I updated my s5 to lollipop, and it's won't even connect. It just says network error. I'm glad your customer service hasn't even tried to get back to me.

Restaurant General Manager who hates this app. I am android user and am required to do my business work using this application. Avero consistently sometimes crashes 9 or 10 times in a row before I can even begin to fill in my work. It is also super sensitive so touching anywhere on screen not in a box prompt while misreport deletes my entries and I have to rewrite my notes and data from the beginning all over again. Literally as close to bricked as possible. This app frustrates beyond belief.

The app used to work fine on my Samsung S8, but it won't allow me to log in for the last few months. I have deleted and reinstalled because they said they updated and fixed the issue Android users were having with logging in, but I still get a 'Network Error' after a minute or so of unsuccessful log in attempts.
