Takes forever to login, and sometimes won't log in at all (just get stuck on the main login screen, and none of the fields allow me to enter information). Functionality is decent when it does work, but I find I often click on things and either nothing happens, or it is slow to respond. Good info, just doesn't work well. Contacted the developer to report, but they don't respond.

Garbage! The only thing iller than it's integration with 3rd party apps; is its costumer service. I had a simple problem. Just need to update a few menu items. App wasn't working so I called. They said it would be fixed in 24 hours. It was not. So I called again. The same run around. So I called every day for 7 days before they could fix the problem and only fixed be because I threatened to pull there pos systems for my sever restaurant. This pos is clown shoes anything is better.

WORST for small businesses. They will charge $2000+ annual fees without contract or approval. Publically listed company who hurt the small businesses

The app has been updated and now my credentials don't work. I have verified they are correct by logging into the website. Additionally, the password reset option in the app does not email reset the password, even though I know it is correct. I have contacted support, and it's been escalated but not fixed yet.
