My sleep study was very easy to do. I was afraid my sleep study was going to be a big machine but, it wasn't. I just had a device I placed on my thumb. I would recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study. Juan was very professional and informative of the process.

This company is TERRIBLE! Customer service just gives you the run around, and the app does NOT work the way they tell you it does. Device fell off my finger the first night, and the instructions on how to do the test and send in results are all but non-existent! And to top it all off, I took my test almost a month ago, and they STILL have not sent my Dr the results! If your Dr recommends this company for your sleep test, my advice is to try to find another company!

App/device failed across 3 nights. It paired, then repeatedly lost Bluetooth/app connection before required recording time. Longest session was ~1 hr 40 min; most failed within 40 sec–2 min. Tried reboot, foreground app, screen on, no other Bluetooth devices, airplane mode + Bluetooth, uninstalled possible conflicting apps, and a second Android device. Same result. Support said return for replacement, but no cross-ship, creating a delay for a medically ordered sleep study.
