Good info and useful during service as an executive chef however I can imagine it needs x several more updates before I think it's anywhere near something well planned out ; it lacks a lot of info that exists already on the website, much like weekly vs day of summaries, labor by jobs, being able to look at / adjust menus etc. A lot of potential and I'd love to see it improve, but so far it's not where It's capable of.

Uninstalled. All it does is opens up toast web view in a not so friendly toast browser. I haven't been able to access the convenient app view for over a month now. If it's only going to show the web version I will just use my preferred browser app instead of toasts clunky app browser. *edit - I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. I have cleared app data and everything I can think of to make this app work. It is 1.17.0 update, and it refuses to open in the app view and ONLY opens the browser view.

I'm unable to log in and have clicked on "forgot password" multiple times. Password reset emails are never sent! I NEED to log in because in the past few days someone made an order from my account! It wasn't me, and I need to see what was ordered to dispute it!

Do NOT trust this company. I was told I would receive a 14" screen, a receipt printer, and it was understood I would get a card reader considering that was how they made their money. I did not receive a printer. When I called to tell them I did not receive a printer I just thought they would say oh sorry that did not get shipped, I was wrong. They told me a printer was $300. I would not have agreed to use them if I had known that was the case.

The app is fine. The service is horrible. This is the absolute worst company. When the app didn't work I was instructed to call the restaurant myself and do the work and then when I said oh, so you want me to do the work? Amanda said no. I'm not asking you to do the work. I'm just asking you to call the restaurant to find out what's wrong. Your phones can't call out? No they can't. All of our phones can only receive. You got to be kidding me. What a joke. You are horrible
