Honestly the app works fine. Except I can't directly send a picture from the app. I have to take the picture and send it from my files, or it restarts. The change in payroll procedure has messed everything up. Twice now I've been close to not making my rent because checks are delayed for one reason it another. At least 3 times in the last 2 months I've had to wait until the following week to be paid.it's gotten to the point I'm considering leaving my new job. Do you guys need a wrench? Tighten up.

Everything was fine until the update. Now I have to use my credentials to log in, and then it will ask for my biometric sign in. It's a hassle now with having to log in twice when there wasn't one before

This company is definitely not customer oriented. I had fraud on my card and put in a claim. They denied the claim saying o used the atm. Which I did. But for months on Wednesday and Friday between the hour of 2 pm and 2:30 pm someone took 50 dollars out of my account. On those days I work and don't get off till 4pm. So I told them it was not me. They denied my claim I reopen my claim and got printouts from the job of my punch in and out of those days. Then there excuse was it was o

Trying to change from direct deposit to toast card is impossible, and you can't get a human on the phone to help? Unacceptable.
