I can't say enough about this restaurant, I've been there so many times in less than a month period of time because their sandwiches are so good and there's so many to choose from. Chiba Hut is way better than any sandwich shop around You get high vibes with high expectations and high greetings with fantastic blunt size sandwiches...lol 😆🤣 ok I'm done with my CHEBA RANT!!!!

They changed their bread sometime in the last year or so. Even choosing the white or garlic bread it still tastes like some dirty hippie rubbed their sock into your sandwich. Stick to Subway or the local sub shops

I've updated the app every time I try to log in it logs me in, and then instantly asks me to sign back up and log back in, and it just the never ending cycle. I can't even use the app

The new update is slick—long overdue, polished, and honestly gorgeous. Unfortunately, it also pulled off an impressive magic trick: it completely removed the ability to view or add previously purchased Chiba Bucks in the app. Just like that, the hundreds of dollars I loaded onto my gift card disappeared into the digital void. It's been months, and I still can't access my money. The redesign is great, but I'd be a lot more impressed if my Chiba Bucks weren't enjoying an extended smoke session.
