Firehouse Subs is a stand alone for service. I have never had a "Pick-Up order not ready when I order on their app. They are also the best sub sandwich for the value.

I signed up, got the email and clicked on the link and downloaded the app. No matter what I do, it will not apply my 50% off to my first order. Uninstalled and reinstalled two times still could not get it to apply the promise 50% discount for my first order. I gave up and just drove to the store and ordered the food myself without the discount

I usually order and forget to use my app. My spouse reminded me that my birthday rewards should be available only for it to tell me I have to have made a purchase within the past 6 months. I have and have no way to redeem because I didn't use the app 🤦🏾‍♀️
