The subs are delicious, but sometimes you don't get the standard amount of meat. We've noticed this issue when the food order isn't sealed up completely.

Firehouse Subs is a stand alone for service. I have never had a "Pick-Up order not ready when I order on their app. They are also the best sub sandwich for the value.

App is not user-friendly. If using a gift the remaining balance will be taken and added to app, so you're forced to use app to get the rest of your money. If order is more than gift card balance, you can't apply amount to order and pay the rest with credit card, they want you to reload gift card, or the order has to be less than gift card amount. The app on my husband’s phone didn't give him option to reload or add credit card. Store employee had to ring up his chips and drink separately.

I usually order and forget to use my app. My spouse reminded me that my birthday rewards should be available only for it to tell me I have to have made a purchase within the past 6 months. I have and have no way to redeem because I didn't use the app 🤦🏾‍♀️
