I used the MLB deal and the only option was a combo, not just the sub. When I went to pick up our order, they told me that the receipt would've showed the combo meal - it did not. Fix the app and let us either order just the sub or give the meal options when that is the only option available.

App is not user-friendly. If using a gift the remaining balance will be taken and added to app, so you're forced to use app to get the rest of your money. If order is more than gift card balance, you can't apply amount to order and pay the rest with credit card, they want you to reload gift card, or the order has to be less than gift card amount. The app on my husband’s phone didn't give him option to reload or add credit card. Store employee had to ring up his chips and drink separately.

The app works fine and is not hard to use, however the restaurants do not care what time you schedule to pick up your food. In the app you have the ability to select pickup as an option, and then you can choose the time you wish to pick up your food. That WOULD be nice, but the restaurants in my area either make the food as soon as they get the request, so it sits there for hours before the time I actually scheduled to pick it up at, or they don't make it at all until I arrive at the pickup time.

Awful. I signed up for "50% off first online order" and then its only $10. But I can't even use it because 404 not found and I don't see it anywhere on the app. I activate it through the email and nothing happens. Maaaan screw firehouse subs
