The bad, then the reason I still use other Toast (not the app): This app lists errors for Delivery. I have clearly chosen "deliver" and the restaurants listed are MIXED between Pick-up only/delivery not available AND the few delivery places. It seems duplicitous. I love that Toast is more grounded in local service, rewards, and a sense of community building. The PoS and card payment services are great. Should we rate the store poorly for Toast Local making me go pickup when I chose Delivery?

Randomly stopped being able to use my credit card at a specific merchant. I order the same meal from the same merchant using the same saved payment method almost every workday - one day the app just threw an error when I proceeded to checkout. I removed/readied my payment method, reinstalled the app, tried on different days. Nothing resolved it. There's no issue with the card itself-the same card worked on another merchant, I continue to use this card for other purchases. Whaddaheck!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a delivery app. They can't help with anything, have no contacts, have absolutely no value whatsoever. If the delivery driver doesn't show or delivers the wrong order--oh well. Contact the restaurant. If the restaurant doesn't answer the phone? oh well. Contact the restaurant. They can't even notify? They can't have a connection the driver? They can't have a ticket? I cannot BELIEVE this has a high rating? They're stealing?
