Terrible. Don't know how people use this. Try to order a bacon burger. Add to cart. Comes up, no bacon, no toppings. The boxes are automatically checked to remove toppings. What a mess.

Toast will not accept any order at all from any of my cards/banks. I've tried multiple times over the past week and only one order has processed. No other online POS has this issue and there are no issues with my banks/accounts. This is a toast issue ever since the redesign of their UI (which makes it more difficult to browse).

Toast doesn't properly keep track of rewards or even payment history unless you specifically ask the restaurant staff to log you in on their end as well. It's a ridiculous, 2-step pain. If I pay through the Toast app, you should be able to keep track of this. Payment history is non-existent. And I kid you not, trying to view rewards in the app gives you a button to download the app...which does nothing...because it's the same app you're using. It's almost funny how terrible this is
