This has become my go-to app when ordering out. We don't order out often because of the insane mark-up but with this app they don't seem to have that nor is there a subscription fee that supposedly saves you money and doesn't. It's just restaurant pricing with the convenience of delivery the way things used to be.

I love to get Chinese food from China Spring in White House, TN. Using the Beyond Menu makes is extremely easy to place my order. The main drawback I can see is the limit of restaurants available to order from. Yes, you can order Mexican food (which I love), but it doesn't allow me to order from the restaurant I prefer. It would be awesome if all eating establishments could be ordered through this app.

I ordered at 12:22 pm CST with an estimated delivery time of 12:52pm. It was actually delivered at 1:59 pm cst. This service is straight garbage. Driver was nice, but what the hell? I called the restaurant at 12:58 to see if it was picked up yet, the App/website hadn't even submitted the order yet! The restaurant was awesome & somehow managed to push it through. They let me know my meal was ready at 1:10, it was picked up at 1:49, delivered at 1:59. 0/5, will never use this service again.

Twice in a row I tried to order from my usual place, and it says they are not taking orders. However, when I call the place, they say they are open, taking orders, and receiving orders from other customers using Beyond Menu. Never had a problem before. App is up-to-date, and I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but not going to get a chance to place another order for a while.
