I placed an order through beyond menu at 5:24pm and was emailed with a delivery estimate of 5:54pm. By 7:24 a driver from door dash texted me saying I need to cancel my order because they couldn't pick up my order. By 7:32 I had found a ride to get to the restaurant to pick up my own food. I don't think I'll be using this application again. I have also had bad experiences with doordash previously. If beyond would hire their own drivers, it may be worth it. Until then, I'll say it's a bad option

Changed from a 5-star review. I liked BM because it wasn't Door Dash. Now, most of my BM deliveries are coming through Door Dash anyway. So more expensive delivery fees and smaller portions. Way to mess up a good thing. At least give me the option to filter out door dash deliveries. I'll happily support and tip in house delivery drivers, but Door Dash is garbage. Their fees kill the restaurants profit, so you get smaller portions as a result.

Before the update I was able to use a credit card for my order without issue and have my food delivered, now I can't, so I actually have to go to the store in order to pay with a card instead of cash. Please fix this issue...it's annoying...
