So, I put in an order when the business was still open, and the order took an hour to go through in their app. That put it past close time while I was laying in bed sick waiting for my food. It was bumped to delivery the next day, so I reached out to the customer service. They said contact the business. I did and they put a cancellation in. Chow Now did not receive that cancellation request for whatever reason. I went through four different customer service agents trying to explain but 0% help.

Ordered delivery. The app was tracking delivery and counting downtime like it had been picked up and was on the way. Restaurant called to tell me food was ready and had been for a while, and they were closing soon. I asked if they could cancel it. I contacted customer service, and they tried to say the restaurant canceled it and that's why it wasn't delivered. I explained the situation, and they did give me a refund, but this whole thing lasted longer than an hour and the customer service was rude
