If I could do negative stars, I would. One night I ordered food through this service that was being delivered through Uber eats. Order never arrived however showed as pending, even after the restaurant was closed, with the driver never moving location. The driver never heard of the order and was not grabbing it. Chow now support however would not refund or cancel the order and was unhelpful, eventually closing the support conversation. Overall an awful experience. Do not use this service!

So, I put in an order when the business was still open, and the order took an hour to go through in their app. That put it past close time while I was laying in bed sick waiting for my food. It was bumped to delivery the next day, so I reached out to the customer service. They said contact the business. I did and they put a cancellation in. Chow Now did not receive that cancellation request for whatever reason. I went through four different customer service agents trying to explain but 0% help.
