There's no desserts on some of the menus and honestly a drop tab style menu would help condense everything to help scrolling forever IDK if that's something you have done before but. Yeah. It's a good app otherwise

So, I put in an order when the business was still open, and the order took an hour to go through in their app. That put it past close time while I was laying in bed sick waiting for my food. It was bumped to delivery the next day, so I reached out to the customer service. They said contact the business. I did and they put a cancellation in. Chow Now did not receive that cancellation request for whatever reason. I went through four different customer service agents trying to explain but 0% help.

Was good until it threw an error, tech support is non-existent. Fails to process payment. Failed charge due to a bad Zip code on my cc account. But no messages or notifications. Reached out to tech support 3 times. "Thank you for patiently waiting. There's a flag on your account from our payment network that we cannot remove, we suggest you order directly from the restaurant."
