Service fees on these apps are so high. A $45 order is $70 with service fees and tip. The tip of 11.50, I get, but $11 just for the service fee is high. Imo

I'm over the customer support people at caviar. They could not care less if there is a problem with an order.

Ordered from a nearby restaurant with 20-minute delivery. Without my approval, Caviar rerouted my order to a location 1.5 hours away due to an "issue" on their end. When I immediately contacted customer service to fix THEIR mistake, they refused to provide a full refund or find a solution. Their policies seem designed to avoid taking responsibility for their own errors. Completely unacceptable customer service. They created the problem then won't make it right. Beware.

Prices keep going up; service. Keeps going down. Now they are having drivers go to multiple locations. I've been down with the flu. I ordered soup 2 days in a row. Day 1 the soup container emptied into the bag, so I only got a few tablespoons of soup. Day 2 the soup is ice-cold because the driver was zigzagging across the city dropping off other orders! Lower your prices, improve service or declare bankruptcy. I'm done with this app. There are other options.

While I know this is a part of Doordash, and hence uses the same dashers I am always surprised they refuse to terminate contracts with the dashers for stealing food and 3 of the last 8 orders were taken. Shame.
