Works well. A lot going on - could use some refinement on its interface as you navigate around, but overall no major complaints.

Service fees on these apps are so high. A $45 order is $70 with service fees and tip. The tip of 11.50, I get, but $11 just for the service fee is high. Imo

Prices keep going up; service. Keeps going down. Now they are having drivers go to multiple locations. I've been down with the flu. I ordered soup 2 days in a row. Day 1 the soup container emptied into the bag, so I only got a few tablespoons of soup. Day 2 the soup is ice-cold because the driver was zigzagging across the city dropping off other orders! Lower your prices, improve service or declare bankruptcy. I'm done with this app. There are other options.

While I know this is a part of Doordash, and hence uses the same dashers I am always surprised they refuse to terminate contracts with the dashers for stealing food and 3 of the last 8 orders were taken. Shame.

Twice now doordash has chosen the farthest possible branch of a franchise restaurant!!! We are 0.7 miles, but it only offers the restaurant 5 miles away!!! When attempting to cancel the order to rectify THEIR mistake, they try to keep the ENTIRE ORDER PRICE and offer a 5% refund!!! Absolutely awful.
