Reliable. I've used them quite a lot. It's a benefit for us that don't drive. I appreciate the service. Majority of the deliverers are polite. No issues when it comes to any refunds for goods not delivered or damaged. The app is easy to use.

⭐ 1 STAR — AND I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Absolutely terrible experience with Deliveroo. The app shows items as AVAILABLE, so I placed my order and paid for them. But after the order, I was told that some of the items were not available and that they would be refunded. Now I’m left waiting for my refund to appear. So what am I supposed to do—wait several days before I can afford to buy food again? This is completely unacceptable. Customer service was completely useless,

it's a pathetic service. I placed an order for tbe first time with deliveroo and didn't receive anything but app was showing as order delivered, upon contacting customer service team I was told that rider had a minor accident, I placed another order and same thing happened upon inquiring was informed that delivery was damaged tbat is why not delivered. Rider never bothered to call us and delivery status was coming as delivered. I am not going to use deliveroo again ever and wouldn't recommend.
