Deliveroo Rider

★★★★★ Bring back the option to use waze as the navigation app. We all know the deliveroo navigation is not something you guys want to invest in, so why have you removed waze. Motorbike couriers need this, we can only use Google Maps and this is mainly for cars. I have spoken to loads of riders, and we keep missing the deadline because the deliveroo app lags or Google takes you an extra long route thinking your driving a car. Ever heard the phrase if it's not broken don't fix it? Bring it back!

★★☆☆☆ Order cannot assigned quickly waste 1 hour and then assigned order

★★☆☆☆ App does not have an integrated map, so has no idea about traffic levels, meaning unrealistic time parameters expected of drivers. Also, no consideration within the app for distance parked from the restaurant, so when collecting an order and then walking several minutes back to your car from a town center restaurant, this eats into expected delivery time. Frequently crashes, and GPS pin often in the wrong place. Feedback left after a delivery seemingly ignored.

★★☆☆☆ As a deliveroo rider, This new update totally disappointing for us. Because of 90℅ customer pin location is wrong. Now where we go, Pin location or customer location...? If we go pin location, we can't follow the step...
