I would like to respectfully ask the Deliveroo management: why aren't you taking action against riders using fake GPS? A rider completes 10 to 11 orders after a 12-hour shift, whereas those using fake GPS are completing 20 to 22 orders daily. If you are unable to control this situation, please resign

Deliveroo is nowhere near as gopd as it used to be. 1) the pay has significantly decreased. 2) the order says it is ready but last few times I have waited over 14 minutes for it to be ready. 3) the app screen turns off, so you never actually know if you have an order coming through and if you connect the phone to the car via usb for android auto it won't make any noise or notification thsn an order is through. They also got rid of the order taking too long option. Yeaah it's not great tbh

Awful order rates here in italy. Deliveroo Italy is essentially a scam. They offer rates as low as possible per delivery. Absolutely zero regards for road conditions, vehicle wear and tear. €6 per delivery regardless of the distance involved like w**?!

Poor performance of the app you have to wait at the restaurant before arrive button appears you could wait upto 5 minutes and the rider app automatically rejecting orders the app put you of for face recognition 3 times a day after you come back online you will have order rejection please update it for us
