Very seldom do l have any hiccups with GH. Very satisfied! So much better than the snake pit that another service is (which rhymes with Floor Smash). 5 stars 🌟

The problem is not the app it's the service. They don't have enough drivers, so they keep changing you eta from to an hour wait to almost 2 hours which would affect the quality of what you ordered. So you end up waiting almost 2 hours for your order that comes cold or if you asked for beverages watered down, and they do not give you a refund. I would suggest using other apps for delivery I always have issues with Grubhub I only use it because of the Amazon Prime member. But I would rather pay.

Not realistic when it comes to customer service and refunding or cancelations due to orders taking an unreasonable time to get to you from the original time stated even when the order isn't from an actual restaurant and is from a place that has pre-packaged or pre-prepared food. They are unwilling to see an individual situation but will cancel an order with no explanation on their end.
