★★★★★ So easy & straightforward to order on Eat Street! I tried ordering on Uber Eats first, and kept running into tech issues, very frustrating. Relief to find I could order through this company.

★★★★★ App works great. We use it for a few special local place that aren't on the main delivery apps. It must cost less. Eat local, you all.

★★☆☆☆ For Madison, WI residents. Rarely ever is your food on time. Too often I have had orders cancelled due to lack of delivery drivers or the app not being able to contact the restaurant. They consistently deliver to the wrong address and then when you wish to be refunded for their shortcomings, the give you a discount on your next order and don't give you a full refund. Go with something else, trust me.

★★☆☆☆ I had a delivery order that somehow it got marked for pickup through the system. I am disabled and do not drive. The supervisor of the eating restaurant called for me to have $38 credited to my account. Three times now I have talked to Eat Street. My issue was always being escalated. I never got my food or my refund.
