Very convenient and affordable. I am a picky eater. I have chance to check every ingredient in a meal before I order. Also, there are a lot of photos of the food, that made me order them. I would not order them based on their name only. I have not been disappointed yet. I've been using the app for 9 months now, and it works perfectly for me. They have tons of options in Manhattan. Highly recommend. So far, I've been saving at least 20%-35% per meal! U can choose fewer meals, they have options.

I've been using Meal pal for a while, back when they had a different name. I really love the convenience of selecting my lunch ahead of time, and it saves me so much money. I'm a big fan of Meal pal and recommend it to anyone who works in an expensive area and wants to save money on lunch.

Love how it's easy to order meals, and it's fantastic that it has a map feature, so you don't have to search for the restaurant. The only downside is there aren't a crazy amount of options but enough for me to continue paying.

I've had Meal pal since 2019, and I generally had no issues. However, that has changed. I reactivated after getting a job with the city again and chose a lower tier to test the app and food options. It went OK, and I exhausted all of my credits. Knowing that this assignment was ending and not needing the service anymore, I attempted to cancel. There is no cancel option. Only an option to suspend the account, and instead of suspending like I asked. They charged me for more credits. Wth?

They hide the way to cancel or contact them. You cannot see which vendor provides which meal until you pay, but cannot cancel directly in app. Still, credit will be gone, and they are making money, while providing no service. Extremely disappointing and not trustable. Do not waste your time and money on this app. I lost $89 since they do not let me cancel on app, and they are refusing to refund me saying they are supporting local business.
