I purchased the Gardiner Prime membership expecting discounts at popular restaurants like Barbecue Nation. However, when I checked, there was no Prime discount available—only credit card offers that anyone can use. This was disappointing because the membership didn't deliver the value I expected. The app should clearly mention before purchase that many restaurants may not have Prime discounts. Greater transparency would help customers make informed decisions instead of feeling misled.

Very disappointing experience. The app showed a 20% restaurant discount while booking, so I made the reservation based on that offer. But when I proceeded to the payment page, the 20% restaurant discount was no longer available, and only the bank offer was shown. This is misleading and creates confusion for customers. If an offer is not applicable, it should not be displayed during booking. Please ensure the offers shown are honored. This experience has reduced my trust in the app.

Easy Dine is misleading people with fake offers. I recently visited Universal Barbecue. The Easy Dine app advertised a 35% discount, but when I got there, the regular price per plate was ₹800. However, if you booked through the Easy Dine app, they quoted ₹1,200 per plate and then said they would give a 35% discount on that price. In the end, the effective price was still around ₹800 per plate. So, the app advertises a 35% discount, but it's misleading. It's not a genuine discount, so don't trust it
