I ordered from the wrong restaurant and this app will not give a refund. I didn't get the food and the restaurant told me only this app can refund me, but their policy is no refunds.

Terrible app. A royal pain to set up. Then didn't deliver my order to the vendor. Never again.

1st time user. Place order with restaurant through app. Delivery is then subcontracted out to Uber. Driver can't find me, and we don't speak the same language. Go to refund. All sales through Joyous are final and non-refundable. Absolute garbage.
