I have been working with Joyous for almost 2 years as a delivery partner. So far my experience has been wonderful. Terrible app. A royal pain to set up. Then didn't deliver my order to the vendor. Never again.

1st time user. Place order with restaurant through app. Delivery is then subcontracted out to Uber. Driver can't find me, and we don't speak the same language. Go to refund. All sales through Joyous are final and non-refundable. Absolute garbage.

I ordered from one of the restaurants. As of right now they are 15 minutes later than the eta. It was picked up from the restaurant. I received an automated call from Uber to respond quickly to my driver as they are having difficulty delivering. No one has reached out to me. I do not know how to get a hold of anyone to get my food. The app has an email address which I did send a message. This is very frustrating!
