Happy hour is missing. The website has more information on menu choices, specifically info on happy hour. Happy hour offerings should be included. This is just in reference to the app. Thank you.

No matter what I do, I cannot sign up for the loyalty program. It requires a phone number and the box that the number needs to go into is not working properly. At one point after 12 times or more of trying to enter the number, it had put the number on the email address line instead. I even left, went back and tried to enter the number 7 or 8 more times. Realizing that the definition of insanity is to continue to do something over and over and expecting a different result, I stopped.

No menu. When I try to order the only option is chicken wings, a house salad or $13 pizookie meals. The full menu doesn't show anymore. I've removed and reinstalled the app, same issues.

Needs improvement. Fish and chips was not good. Compared to Yard House fish and chips. No comparison. Sorry BJ'S

Had wrong food delivered. Ordered through app. It is now day 2 of trying to get a refund because I never received my food. And they've transferred me to 3 different customer services now. Saying it was delivered through a third party and not their fault
