The app is a bit quirky as it seems designed for restaurants, not consumers, and the product selection is a mix of restaurant supply and home use, but the prices are great, quality is good, the search feature works well, and the customer service is way better than I'm used to. It reminds me of stories my grandparents told me about the professional salesmen of their era. Every single page has a "Can't find what you're looking for?" button, and they are on top of that, usually responding to requests while I'm still browsing.

Took forever to get the 4-digit code to log in. Deleted the app, then the code came in. Tried to re-install and input code but wouldn't work. Uninstalled. Fix the lag time on the code message.

I think it's ridiculous that they charge you $50.00 for delivery no matter where your business is located. My business is literally 8 minutes away from the restaurant depot, and they still charge me $50.00 to deliver products doesn't matter if it's one item or 200. So instead I went to restaurant depot and got a membership and just will start picking and packing items directly from the store to my store.

This company is bad. If you don't want to use their service. They will call and Harris you. They call you back even if you hang up the phone and tell them to stop.

Just wanted to price check and didn't like having to install app to do that then keep getting phone calls. Plus I was interested in disposables and many items out of stock. Will stick with Costco.
