I like the improvements on Wolt. Search is better, images are better and the overall experience is great. Their customer service is one of the best, and any issues are sorted quickly. I wish that the delivery time on restaurant list page and restaurant page would match. It messes up the delivery time sorting feature as I have to recheck every restaurant page.

The app itself is great, and the delivery person is always nice and respectful, but what I would like to point out is that when you go ahead and order the Burger King, small, eight pancakes that there is no option to add any sauce, please fix that!

Every 3rd order has a big problem (not on the restaurant side but on the delivery side). Every other order is late 20 minutes plus. The customer service is non-existent, anytime you contact somebody, they basically say "your order is a bit late, hang tight" with no explanations. Sometimes courier passes your location 2 times because he's delivering other orders and then has to drive 10 minutes back to you to deliver to you. Glovo is 10x better and actually cares about customers. Fees way too hig

I discourage everyone from using Wolt. Worst service ever. Stay away from it. Overpriced food, poor selection, undelivered items. And what's even worse, be careful: they will cheat you anyway. They offer 12 months Wolt+ subscription for free delivery, but when you try to complete your order, they will still charge you for shipping, service fee and minimal order charge. Customer support just ignores my emails. Wolt is a fraud! Shame on you!

Customer service is terrible, they scammed us, they wanted us to pay for their mistake and only offered a partial refund of an order asking us to pay more than €60, although we didn't receive anything!
