Avitas - Farm Management

Avitas 3.0 is the biggest update we have ever shipped. The app was rebuilt from the ground up: faster, cleaner, and with an AI assistant that runs entirely on your phone. Your account, your jobs and your history carry over. Sign in with the same email and password you already use.

FOR CREWS
• Job invitations with day picking, capacity and conflict warnings
• QR check-in, weighing entry with grams or pounds, daily production reports
• Job chat: call times, gate codes, photos, all in one thread
• Your calendar: mark the days you are unavailable, managers see it up front
• Earnings with paid and unpaid days, cash or direct Stripe payouts
• Side jobs: open listings from other farms, apply in one tap
• Friends, direct messages and payment receipts you confirm in one tap
• Karma and star ratings that follow your work

FOR MANAGERS AND GROWERS
• Locations, rooms, strains and grow cycles with schedule presets
• Harvests from wet weighing to dry totals, per room and strain
• Cut down, inventory movements with photo and who-took-it tracking
• Tasks with assignment and approval flow, trim requests from growers
• Payroll engine: hourly or per-pound, minute precision, day-by-day breakdown
• Five reports with CSV and PDF export
• Team roster, invite codes, roles and reviews

THE AI ASSISTANT
Talk to your farm. Log a harvest, move inventory or get a morning briefing by voice or text. The model runs on your device: no cloud, works offline, your data stays yours.
