Hardly ever works properly, along with the Show clix program itself. A very flawed ticketing system that has long been in desperate need of repair. The exhibit I work for is constantly having issues with it.

The password that works on the Show clix website won't work on the app and there's nowhere for me to reset a password in case the two are on different logins.

Tickets scan as valid but never sync back to the system and don't show up in stats as scanned or as pending sync.
