Easy & simple to navigate!! Saves your tickets until game day & easy to locate & access them. Haven't had a single issue which is a huge relief for all the other things we have to manage for our high school students! Great job to the programming & development teams!!

Predatory fees. I paid $5.00 for two high school tickets and was charged $2.52 in "transaction fees." That is a 50% markup just to attend a local game. Even worse, the fee alone cost more than the price of the $2.00 student ticket itself. This company markets itself as "free" to schools but gouges parents with excessive junk fees to make up for it. If your district uses HomeTown Ticketing, you are paying absurd fees on every ticket.

Your app is horrible, and causes parents to unintentionally buy tickets for events above and below the event desires. You need to work on the UI.
