Predatory fees. I paid $5.00 for two high school tickets and was charged $2.52 in "transaction fees." That is a 50% markup just to attend a local game. Even worse, the fee alone cost more than the price of the $2.00 student ticket itself. This company markets itself as "free" to schools but gouges parents with excessive junk fees to make up for it. If your district uses HomeTown Ticketing, you are paying absurd fees on every ticket.

Your app is horrible, and causes parents to unintentionally buy tickets for events above and below the event desires. You need to work on the UI.

Cumbersome, inconvenient, and the schools that use it tend to not know how to work it and / or handle complaints past scanning the ticket. Schools have to pay for this service and buyers pay fees. Takes forever to buy tickets. Honest paying at the gate is so much easier. Nothing faster for school accessing money like cash or any other card app.
