Just be aware that if a show you purchased tickets for gets postponed to some undeclared date, and now you have some uncertainty that your life would be able to fit the new date, you cannot get a refund. You have to play the waiting game for a date to be announced, and you will have to sell them yourself.

Horrible customer service. Took way too long to get through automation on the phone. No resolution from representative. Do not support. Even Ariel the supervisor at customer service in Chicago said for me to use stub hub. $29 (hidden) service fee. No itemized receipt at end of sale. Uninstalled.
