They have the cheapest tickets, and it's where I buy all my Ohio State Buckeye football tickets! No hidden BS, they guarantee they're the cheapest, and the transfer is simple and easy! WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?? TICKETMASTER IS RIDICULOUSLY, JAW-DROPPINGLY HIGH!! You crazy if you don't buy from Vivid Seats! It's just FACTS!!

Bought tickets through vivid and received them just fine with no issues. The concert was then rescheduled due to weather. Ticketmaster and the show organizers both said they would issue refunds if you want them. I tried to get a refund because some of our party couldn't make it. The only reason I couldn't get one was because vivid seats refused my request. The app works fine but if anything goes wrong with your tickets, I think you'd be better off dealing with Ticketmaster directly.

I purchased two tickets through Vivid Seats for Ali Kiddie at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio. After receiving the tickets, I saw another person’s name printed on them and noticed the face value was $60 per ticket, or $120 total. My credit card was charged $347.48. I believe the markup and fees were not clearly explained before purchase. When I requested a refund or cancellation, I was told there would be no refund and that I would have to resell the tickets myself.
