I think the app itself is slightly frustrating, I bought three different tickets to a concert because it kept canceling them due to 'incorrect' matches to the database. However, the customer service phone line is very helpful (once you get a person), they made sure all of my information was spelled correctly. Even though I ended up buying a ticket from a different website, I still appreciate the great customer service and the 100% refunds

The app is horribly quality and has become more and more unusable as time goes on. I can hardly access my tickets, and not to mention EVERY ticket sold on here and Ticketmaster uses AI that buys out tickets from an artist, so they can resell them at 5x-60x the rate. I was trying to get tickets to see a small artist I like, the tickets on the artist website were barely $20 each and on here and Ticketmaster the tickets were $70. That is completely ridiculous and a waste of money.

The app does not work, it will not download. When you call the 800 number they hung up 5 times. The 6th we said "do not hang up" this was a company a warantee, asked for our address, and our credit card number. When we refused the rep hung up again. Also, I was charged $90.00 for a $45.00 ticket. There was no information regarding a surcharge, or ab charge to uses Vivid Seats as a broker. Vivid seats was the only option to purchase 10,000 Maniacs tickets for September 5, 2026. I will never Vivi
