Terrible experience now. They have partnered with yet another app MLB Ballpark as if ticket master wasn't bad enough. Not being able to do a simple transfer of a ticket that now opens all directly in my tick pick account is terrible. No more baseball tickets in this app for me

I bought a world cup ticket for an obscene amount of money, but I didn't receive it and all I got was it's in the FIFA app do not trust this company they have not even replied to my emails bitterly disappointed doesn't even come close

I had tickets in my cart at one price, apparently the seller raised the price in the 2 minutes before I consented and gave my credit card to the lower price, yet I was charged the new higher price that only showed after checkout. I have worked with customer service who was very friendly but when it was escalated to a supervisor named Troy, he was unwilling to understand that this was not my fault, nor the fault of the seller, this was a stickpin issue/ glitch! This is not an honorable business
