★★☆☆☆ Downgrading to 1*. Customer support on both chat and phone is horrible. Three idiots later they still can't tell me why I get a text saying my account doesn't "align with terms of service" and my purchase won't work on multiple devices and multiple cards. After an hour of this nonsense I went to another site and bought the same tix in 30 seconds.

★★☆☆☆ Wanted to go to a baseball game, since it was last minute and that's the whole point of the app to get same day tickets. The game starts at 5:40p.m., I ordered the tickets at about 11:30a.m. and quickly got a text saying they were no longer available, but I would get new tickets. I then got another text saying the same thing, and then again and again, at least 8 times. I talked to 2 separate reps and both told me I'd get tickets before the game. That never happened and ended up just leaving

★★☆☆☆ Terrible business. Outrageous fees, and they claimed to have confirmed my ticket purchase. But when it was time for the event, the customer service agent said it couldn’t be processed—without giving any reason. She ended up hanging on me. Never again.
