★★★★★ Purchase experience was seamless, getting ahold of support was difficult.

★★☆☆☆ I had a horrible experience with Stub Hub. I purchased tickets for an event but never received them. Their customer service was unresponsive and frustrating to deal with. When I requested a refund, they flat-out refused, leaving me feeling ripped off. On top of that, the ticket prices were inflated with hidden fees. Overall, Stub Hub is a scam—avoid it at all costs!

★★☆☆☆ Stub hub issued us a ticket for a parking lot that didn't exist. We had to purchase a new parking pass in order to park at the venue the night of our concert. Stub hub won't refund us for a parking pass that was unusable because the parking lot indicated on the pass didn't exist at our venue because we contacted them the day after the event.
