We had a great time and, most importantly, my wife wasn't disappointed! 😆 I purchased Section D because I wanted to surprise her with much closer seats. When we were told we'd been “upgraded” to Section 2, Row BB, I was excited, but we were actually moved to the back of the bleachers. I understand seating changes happen, but I wouldn't consider that an upgrade. Is there anything Stub Hub could do, like a credit toward future tickets or help to get closer seats at a future Hershey park event?

Bought parking tickets that were oversold, Stub Hub customer service said they would issue a refund, they did nothing.

Will never order tickets from stub hub again. I bought a ticket to a concert. It took almost a week for the digital ticket to be ready. When I went to open it and see the PDF of my ticket it was for a different concert in a different state for a date that had already passed, and they were under someone else's name. After emails and calls with support (a day before the event) they said they would send me a replacement ticket. That ticket never arrived.
