I've been using Stub Hub for concerts, shows and sporting events, across the country, for 26 years. I have never once received bad service. My latest purchase. Phillies at Diamondbacks Aug 31. My tickets were sent to me within minutes. Greatest seats ever. I always use Stub Hub.

Used Stub Hub to purchase 4 Jack Johnson tickets and parking pass. I thought Stub Hub was trustworthy but never received concert tickets-only received parking pass. Was told that I could receive the tickets within 30 minutes of concert and encouraged by Stub Hub customer service to go anyway. Tickets never transferred. I was issued a refund the day after the concert date, but they wouldn't refund my parking pass because I used it. I also had a guest that came from out of state...no way to fix that

I bought a parking ticket for the shreya focal show and when I went to the parking lot I was told this ticket is a scam, and I had to pay for another ticket.
