App is early access so it does require polish! Having said that I enjoy its beautiful design and more importantly useful insights regarding my circadian rytham (App called it Circadian Health which also makes sense). I use it as a companion App to my AYO wearable and get notifications when it's the best time for my personal light session. It also gives you insights about daily recommended light exposure that is personalized to you (unlike some apps that do this as generic advice).

Well-built app and functional product to go along with the AYO glasses, which have become a go-to necessity for me whenever I travel. I like that in the app, I am able to choose specific routines to follow, as well as have reminders and settings for light exposure.

The app is beautiful but currently quite useless. It is only really usable to update the light settings on your glasses. It otherwise allows very generic entering of your sleep data via weekly generalizations and that is all. It does not allow you to enter your actual wake and sleep times daily, or track any of the other items like caffeine intake that it recommends, so it is quite generic rather than tailored to yourself personally. I feel like this app could be excellent with some additions.

App doesn't really add anything useful, very promotional instead of informative. Doesn't control the device at all. Only useful thing is that it says how long you have left of your session, nothing else.
