Left my pocket in the room and went outside to smoke. Meanwhile, the guy from reception stole some money from me. When I came back 100 euro was gone. I made a complaint to customer service and the idiots forward my complaint directly to him 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

App itself is great, it simplifies a lot of stuff, but there is one big and really anointing gotcha in B&B system. If you book 2 rooms in one booking with 1 booking number, you will not be able to pay these rooms in check-in machine, only one of them. When you put booking number into machine, it shows only the second booked room. So if you need 2 rooms, book them separately with different booking numbers.
