Fantastic stay at Ocean Coral last week, felt catered to in every way. Service was exceptional, specifically Blue Team. Fernanda, Melisa, Yael, Jonathan, Oswaldo, Rosily, and Juan the fitness instructor made sure we had a fantastic time. Gabriel's first week at the hotel was flawless, and he was so much fun to hang out with. Cannot recommend this resort enough, it has something for everyone and is very accessible.

Doesn't work. Despite being installed on different devices and different platforms, the app fails to work. It seems it's impossible to book a restaurant - very poor being forced to use an app that doesn't work. H10 - sort this out or loose business.

Please fix your website H10. It doesn't work for booking unless you use chrome in incognito mode. This app is even worse and doesn't work at all.

Rather poorly made frontend for a website, so basically not an app at all but just a website viewer. Still surprisingly buggy and sluggish with multiple usability issues.

Unable to install on my other Android devices due to install getting stuck at 68٪ every time. Making difficult whilst we are in resort for reservations. Please resolve.

Won't let me check in online with app or make reservation in advance for restaurants. Seems its bc I did not upgrade to privilege. Cant get beefeater strawberry gin and tonic unless privilege. Disappointing bc I often visit and first time at el beso wo privilege upgrade.

App downloads fine until you try to book a hotel it doesn't allow you to accept the cookies to progress with your booking. So frustrating. End up having to go online to book. Pointless app TBH.

Garbage app the hotels themselves don't know how it's supposed to work doesn't even load
