Had the time of my life, The place was beautiful and the employees were very attentive to us while we were on property, the Restaurants were very good as well ! We really enjoyed the pools and the swim up bar, We hope to plan another vacation trip there in the near future, Thanks Royal ton for everything you do !!

I just got back home from a five night Royal ton Chic Antigua stay, and I must tell you it is worth it. I booked for a one a luxury one-bedroom suite that was diamond club which that got me a butler full-time. The two butlers that works with me. The first one was Andre and Subi they truly made my birthday trip worthwhile. They are awesome. I can't even say enough five stars

Horrible app. Cannot remember what resort you are at, difficult to do pre-check in (you must type names in all caps but that isn't mentioned), shows various restaurants 3 different times for different classes of guests (though they should know your room class since they know your room number), glitchy and overly sensitive navigation, room service orders using the app still require a confirmation call, etc., etc. I've worked with beta apps that aren't this bad. Horrible UI, horrible UX.

You can look at restaurants and then if you close out of the app and open it back up, you are out of your resort and into a listing of all Royal ton resorts, which our resort doesn't show up on. To get the app to work again, you need to uninstall the app and reinstall. You'll then have to do the same thing over and over to use the app.

doesn't work to make early check in, or make reservations for dinner or chat or request any for the room. App Totally useless. Tried to use it in royal ton splash cancun and also royal ton splash punta cana.
