Such a great app. I use it every time I work out now. There are so many different types of classes to choose from. It has options for if I want to work out for an hour, 30 minutes, or whatever time I have. There are a lot of different types of classes too, so I can switch things up day to day. Recently to keep me on track, I've been using the weekly workout calendar. It changes each week and keeps things interesting and new. Highly recommend!
