Pilates is an amazing practice to take you through every season of life. Routed in the principles of breath, precision, centering and flow, your body and mind will be completely grounded, yet energised.

FILTER: Find your the movement you crave quicker by filtering classes based on level, duration, props and more.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Stay accountable by following one of the many challenges and plans available, including a Beginner Plan and Holiday Edit.
PROGRESSION: by adding in hand weights and small props to level up your practice. This is done in a safe and effective way, so you will see, and feel results quicker.
COMMUNITY: Join the global community by attending one, or all of the 4 x weekly live classes over Zoom (timezone GMT).
QUALITY: Gemma is a highly experienced Level 3 mat, reformer and pre/postnatal qualified Pilates teacher. Shape is grounded in exceptional teaching and an authentic attitude to movement.

★★★★★ Gemma is by far the best Pilates instructor I've ever worked with. Her cues are detailed and allow you to fire up parts of your body you didn't know existed! All of her workouts are well instructed, safe, and you can feel the burn in the end. There are so many incredible classes to choose from but Gemma also makes a weekly list to follow, so you don't get overwhelmed. This platform is also cost friendly - I highly recommend! Gemma is the sweetest and genuinely cares about her members!
