I love Back Up Care APP. Very easy to make reservation through the App. Set your location for care. Updated profile and set payment method all in your fingertips.

The app is absolutely fine, I didn't have any issues with it. However, the company is absolutely awful. Requested care a week in advance, but they didn't provide the childcare requested. They didn't provide an update on the prog, so I could arrange something else. The five time I called not once someone was helpful or cared. We ended up without any childcare in the end. I will definitely feed this back at work, and hopefully they will choose much competence provider. Stay away from this company.

Every time I try to request care it says it needs more info for the care recipient I check my profile all the info needed is there when I log into the site on the internet as soon as I hit request care it logs me out saying my session has expired I log back in it does the something can't request care on the app or the website

For crisis care reimbursement, I get error "Location not found", and there is no UI for entering location. Please fix. Once you fix, I will change review to 5 stars.

App will not log in. Provides an error message to call the help desk, but they are unable to identify an issue.
