I use it. It breaks sometimes. it's the ribbon cable connecting the two sides. It bends and bends and bends until it breaks. Then you have to reattach it by sanding the end of the cable until the copper is barely showing and slide it back into the ribbon cable port and lock the retainer into place and pray. Until all that, its pretty device.

It's pretty fire for a devise that connects to my galaxy fold and can access my Xbox account mobily even without my system. Sometimes the games glitch if you have poor connection, but that's expected tbh

Backbone is one of the best purchases I've ever made! Going on 3 yrs now, and I take it everywhere. Just found out today that, on top of using it through USBc on a laptop or plugged directly it into the phone, you can also use USBc with a phone. So perfect! I mainly use the app for calibration with, as I use the controller mainly in steam. But I have used it with Game pass. It's a solid medium for other mobile gaming options. Plus, looking forward to trying the new emulator feature 👀

Great product. Only have a few issues. One of which is the r3 and run function doesn't always work. Happy to share after a few new issues with the remote itself I made a warranty claim. They did amaze work, and the backbone works better than ever. My old issues aren't issues. From 3 to four stars. Great experience.

Backbone+ for everything? Why do you need a paid subscription to click one button that links to another button seriously? I'm tired of every time I try to play anything. It's not built into backbone. It requires a subscription it's easier just to open up the other app and use the backbone controller

Switching apps is easy and snappy, but scrolling is obnoxious with how it "snaps" from option to option. Touchsync makes my entire phone snazzy. Im on the s25u, which until setting up touch sync had no stutters or any other lag, bought in May 2025. Suddenly I couldn't escape weird spazzing in games with native controller support that ran fine b4. Deleted the touch sync maps, & *gasp* magic!, straight back to no stutters. Disappointing given how much the combined total of the pro+subscription are.

I don't know what you guys did in that last update, but I cannot open my games cannot sign into Xbox the app is unusable for me, I'm about to delete it I paid for the extras and everything and now this is just taking up space in my phone. Also I have never been able to use in-game voice chat what's up with that? It keeps asking for a permission that I cannot give.
