Backgammon AI is made for players who want a fair, clean board game. Online matches are played only against other players – the game never replaces your opponent with AI. Offline, you practice against an AI opponent with three difficulty levels, anytime and without internet.

HOW BACKGAMMON WORKS
Each player has 15 checkers. Roll two dice and move your checkers by the numbers rolled – doubles let you move four times. Land on a single opponent checker to hit it and send it to the bar. When all your checkers reach your home board, start bearing them off. The first player to bear off all 15 checkers wins. In long nardy nobody can be hit, so the game is all about blocking and racing. A built-in rules guide covers both games.
