Description by VrmXdevs(from Google Play)
Turn your smartphone into a professional security tool. Background Video Recorder (BVR) allows you to capture high-quality footage seamlessly, even while using other apps or when your device is locked. Whether you need a reliable body cam for personal safety or a car dash camera for your commute, this app delivers professional performance without draining your battery.
Main Features:
Record Video Screen Off: The advanced black screen mode lets you continue filming with the display turned off. Perfect for saving battery during long recording sessions or purely for discrete evidence gathering.
Background Filming: Navigate, play games, or make calls while the background recorder captures everything in the background. No interruptions.
Scheduled Recording: Set a specific time and date. The app functions as a smart video recorder that starts automatically, ideal for home security monitoring.
One-Tap Widget: Start capturing instantly straight from your home screen. No need to open the app manually.
Advanced Camera Tools:
Unlike a standard camera, this tool offers granular control. Choose between the front or back lens, adjust video quality (UHD, FHD, HD), and manage storage efficiently. It serves as an excellent baby monitor or pet cam when you are away.
Versatile Use Cases:
Dash Cam: Mount your phone in your vehicle. With loop recording features, it functions just like a high-end dash cam, recording your journey for insurance and safety purposes.
Body Camera: For security professionals or personal protection, turn your device into a wearable bodycam. Capture interactions objectively and securely.
Home Security: Use an old phone as a stationary security camera. The motion detection features (if available) ensure you only capture what matters.
Privacy & Security:
Your privacy is paramount. All recordings are saved locally to your device. This app is not a spy camera designed to invade privacy, but a legitimate security tool for evidence and personal safety. We provide a secure gallery to manage your files, ensuring only you have access to your footage.
Why Choose BVR?
No Shutter Sound: Options to mute camera sounds for silent operation.
High Stability: Designed to run for hours without crashing, unlike standard camera apps.
Discreet Mode: Change the app icon to blend in (e.g., as a compass or calculator), adding an extra layer of security to your toolset.
Download Background Video Recorder today and experience the most reliable way to record video in the background. Whether for a stealth camera effect for wildlife photography or daily security, BVR is the utility you need.
