Description

Are you ready to defend your castle?

Backpack Castle Heroes is a casual game that delivers the fun of fight and strategy in a tower defense (TD) experience.

Your castle wall is your backpack — place your hero units and weapons into the grid to protect your fortress, survive endless enemy waves, and enjoy the thrill of a truly strategic defense game!
Space is limited, and every item takes up a different number of slots. Packing your backpack right is what wins the wave.

Hold off the incoming waves and keep the fight going.
With auto battles, you'll defeat enemies and gain EXP—then choose from 3 random upgrades each time.
Your choices shape every run, letting you experience a fresh roguelike, random-powered playstyle again and again!

Merge your hero and gear to power up even further.
Clear stages to earn resources and upgrade your stats continuously.
Collect cards to complete your build, strengthen your strategy, and survive tougher and tougher waves!

Simple controls that are easy to pick up, but packed with strategic depth.
A bit of luck and one decision can completely change the flow of the fight.

Play offline anytime, anywhere.

Jump into this casual game and enjoy the satisfying growth of merge, strategy, and roguelike tower defense in Backpack Castle Heroes!

Real Quick im a Real person not a bot! YAAAA HURRRRRR?!?!!? Pretty fun a cool, what a unique take on Tower Defense! Plus its simple and straightforward. Nothing complicated about it!

★★★★★ Jonathan Corchado · Aug 22, 2026

I thought the ads were going to be a problem. As of right now it's not. Great game to just chill too

★☆☆☆☆ Garry Cooper · Aug 24, 2026

Became unplayable after a few minutes of play. Extra reward ads failed to load fully with some not letting you out. Finally started to lag real bad, and I could not place my new units.

★★☆☆☆ Dawn Keating · Sep 11, 2026

It WOULD be a really FUN game and enjoyable if it weren't for the fact that it's LOADED with ads, you're MOSTLY watching ads then PLAYING the game, watch an ad to get more space for items, watch an ad to upgrade characters, watch an ad to get more coins, it's RIDICULOUS, and the ads are LONG too, some are 2-3 minutes because I timed it, you could pay to remove the forced ads, but you'll STILL get ads for everything ELSE, so it's not WORTH it. 👋 I could've given 1 ⭐ but I'm being nice! 😁🌳🦋🌻
